With the new year just a few days away we are already preparing for 2012 with a new website and a tightly integrated customer experience.  It is my goal to take Daymark Software to new heights in 2012 with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 certifications and SharePoint 2010 certification(s).  Daymark Software is committed to making a significant improvement for 2012 around our efforts to provide consistent communications to our customers and will be doing this by integrating Dynamics CRM 2011 and SharePoint 2010 into the all new DaymarkSoftware.com website.

2012 is going to be the most challenging year for me personally.  With pushing myself to pass all of the CRM 2011 certifications as well as one or two SharePoint 2010 certifications.  After implementing CRM 2011 including integration with SharePoint 2010 it is easy to see why Microsoft is putting such an emphasis in this area.  While there are certainly challenges with deploying CRM 2011 via IFD and having it integrate with SharePoint 2010 there are some incredible benefits.  Add to that the recent launch of Office365 and the integration it now has with CRM 2011 Online and customers interested in CRM finally have a cloud based CRM solution that will rival anything available.
